Killer Kasadillas

           So far, If my blog posts are boring,  I guess I can confide in creation of food names.  If I ever get tired of creating new recipes, chances are, I will keep making up their names.  Maybe this would happen more out of boredom than out of pure creativity.  Whatever the case, I hope to keep the creativity in the food and not just the names.  Tonight I made some "killer" quesadillas for supper because Mom was gone.  Even though an over abundance of them will leave some temporary gut feelings, they will neither kill you nor your loved ones.  Well then why did I call them that?  Um. . . OK, here it is:  Cherry Pepsi contains absolutely no trace of cherries, therefore, there is no reason my quesadillas should contain killer.  Also, "killer" sounds cave-manly and what is not cave-manly about chicken, cheese, peppers, and tortillas.  Rather than writing down the ingredients as I did with the hamburgers, I will just try to remember how much of the different things went in to the mix.

Killer Kasadillas

                                                          7 large tortillas
                                                          3 average chicken breasts
                                                          3 chili peppers
                                                          1/4 c. canned mushrooms
                                                          3 jalapeno peppers
                                                          1/4 large sweet bell pepper
                                                          Mozzarella cheese
                                                          1/2 tbsp. dried basil
                                                           mesquite seasoning.

                                    Cut up chicken breast and fry, sprinkling mesquite
                                    seasoning on as desired. Set aside.
                                    Finely chop peppers and mushrooms.
                                    Saute with basil and set aside.
                                    In large skillet, fry tortillas, adding ingredients as desired.
